3. Orders and Payments

4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Standard delivery generally takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. The estimated total delivery time, including processing, is approximately 8–18 business days.
Standard shipping costs $6.99 USD for orders below $49.99 USD. Orders of $49.99 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, address errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for these charges.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and report delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered orders promptly.
5. Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must receive return authorization and shipping instructions before sending products back.
Returned products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition, including original packaging and accessories where applicable.
For confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products, Depotgavo will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
After receiving an eligible return, we aim to complete the inspection and notify the customer of the refund decision within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Additional processing time may be required by banks or payment providers.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before an order enters fulfillment or is shipped.
Once processing or shipping has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
